16. Troubleshooting
The grid page is empty. Check Enable, that Grid page is the page you open, and that the page contains the block or the shortcode.
A "log in" message shows instead of the grid. Access control allows only signed-in users or chosen roles.
No products are shown. Products must be published and visible in the catalogue; with Out of stock set to Hide completely, products out of stock are hidden.
Product data looks out of date. A page or object cache may keep an old page; clear it after changing products.
A variable product cannot be ordered. Its parent row takes no quantity; order a variation. With Parent product only, customers choose the variation on the product page.
Quick paste or CSV import does not find a product. Check the identifier type and that the SKU, EAN/GTIN or ID exists on a product the customer may see. A quantity that is not a whole number is listed with the reason.
Imported quantities are lower than in the file. Quantities are limited to the stock available and to the product's quantity rules.
The camera scanner does not open. It needs HTTPS and camera permission in the browser.
Saved orders are missing. Guests keep saved orders in their browser only; signed-in customers keep them in their account.
The Export button is missing. Check Export and Export formats under Features.
Staff do not see Order for customers. Check that it is enabled, that WooCommerce is 10.5.2 or newer, that the user is a sales agent (or a shop manager, if allowed), and, with Only assigned customers, that they have customers assigned.
Staff are told a plugin needs review. See Plugins that take part in the cart calculation.
