8. Quick paste

Click Quick paste, paste a list and click Find products. Up to 50 lines at once.

• One product per line: the identifier (SKU, EAN/GTIN or product ID), then the quantity.
• The quantity follows a tab, a semicolon or a comma, whichever comes first in the line. Further columns, such as a unit copied from a spreadsheet (SKU-001 [tab] 5 [tab] pcs), are ignored.
• Without those separators, a whole number at the end of the line is the quantity (BOLT M8 10). A SKU that itself ends in a space and a number needs a separator (BOLT M8 10;1).
• A line without a quantity orders 1. A quantity that is not a whole number (2,5) is never rounded or replaced by 1: the line is listed as not found, with the reason.
• If more than 50 lines are pasted, the grid says how many were left out.

Untick a found line to leave it out, then click Add to Grid.
