8. Payment reconciliation

Payment reconciliation — order table with status, per-order PDF and mark-as-paid

Business plan. Open Reconciliation to see every bank-transfer order your store is tracking:

  • Filter by status (All / Pending / Paid / Cancelled) and page through results.
  • Mark as paid on a pending order — the app re-checks Shopify's current live balance first (in case the order changed since it was created) and shows a confirmation with that live amount before recording the payment in Shopify. This action can't be undone from the app.
  • Download a per-order PDF with the payment instructions, for pending orders the app can still verify against Shopify.
  • Download CSV exports the full filtered history (not just the current page) as a spreadsheet-ready file.

Below the Business tier, this page shows a locked preview of the same table with an upgrade link instead of live data.
