11. Multi-SKU Quick Paste

Paste a list of identifiers — no file needed. Ideal for lists copied from a spreadsheet, email or ERP.

  1. Click Quick Paste.
  2. Paste identifiers, one per line, with an optional quantity after a space or tab (no quantity means 1). Max 50 items.
  3. Pick an Identifier type — Auto-detect, SKU, Barcode, or Product name.
  4. Click Find Products.

You then get a preview with a checkbox per matched variant (editable quantity) and a list of anything not found. All matches are pre-checked; click Add to Grid to apply them. If a variant already had a quantity, the new one is added to it.
